have demonstrated exceptional skills in managing Safeguards (Social and
Environment). This includes the successful implementation of Livelihood
Restoration Plans (LRP), Resettlement Action Plans (RAP), Community
Development Plans (CDP), and Stakeholder Engagement Plans (SEP).
I efficiently utilize this experience to ensure workplaces meet both
international labor standards and local labor laws. I am skilled in
planning and conducting social audits, factory assessments, and gap
analyses, and developing effective corrective action plans.
My approach to social compliance is practical, transparent, and focused
