Golam Mosabbir is an HSE expert specializing in large-scale
infrastructure projects under international standards. With a career
spanning the Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project (Sinohydro) and the
ADB-funded Dohazari–Cox’s Bazar Railway Project, he has a proven track
record of working within rigorous Government of Bangladesh, ADB, and
JICA frameworks.
Technically proficient in hazard control, Golam is certified in IOSH
Managing Safely and has completed the Fire Safety Manager Course from
the Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence. His core competencies
include leading incident investigations, coordinating emergency
preparedness, and implementing Health & Safety Management Systems
focused on legal compliance.
Currently, Golam manages the HSE department for the Dhaka MRT Line-6
Project, ensuring structured safety systems are implemented effectively
across the project lifecycle.
