Dr. Kazi Mahmudul Haque Bhadhon is a Partner at Terra Synth, bringing deep
expertise in materials engineering, advanced manufacturing, and product
quality. With more than seven years of research experience and strong
industry exposure, he plays a key role in guiding the company’s
technical direction, innovation strategy, and quality standards.
He holds a PhD in Materials Engineering from McMaster University and has
worked extensively on advanced high strength steels, continuous
galvanizing processes, and sustainable material development. His work
bridges academic research and real-world industrial application, helping
transform complex material science into reliable, scalable solutions.
Dr. Bhadhon is currently serving as a Product Development and Quality
Metallurgist at Steel Dynamics Flat Roll Group in the United States,
where he focuses on product performance, process optimization, and
quality assurance. Earlier in his career, he worked in the steel
industry in Bangladesh as a Materials Engineer and Quality Control
Officer, gaining hands-on experience in production testing and failure
analysis.
At Terra Synth, he contributes strategic insight across research and
development, product validation, and long-term technology planning. His
international experience across North America and South Asia, combined
with a strong publication record and award-winning academic background,
