Judy Jia is a seasoned trade executive and Partner with over 20 years
of experience driving global business development and supply chain
operations. She specializes in managing complex, cross-border projects
across diverse industrial sectors, including marine machinery, renewable
energy (PV/LED), and glass processing technology.
As a Partner, Judy oversees the firm’s strategic mandates in client
acquisition and risk management. Her expertise lies in bridging the gap
between Chinese manufacturing capabilities and international market
demands. She has successfully led end-to-end project lifecycles from
domestic bidding and supplier development to after-sales service for
clients in Europe and the Americas.
Judy’s career is defined by her adaptability and technical depth. Prior
to her current role managing marine engine and power generation
portfolios, she served as a Sales Director in the solar sector and a
Project Manager in the lighting industry. She holds a Bachelor of
Economics in International Business and Trade and is fluent in English
and Mandarin.
