With a Master of Teaching and a Bachelor of Engineering Science, John
possesses the academic rigor to understand organizational mechanics and
the emotional intelligence to connect with stakeholders. His
professional history encompasses over five years of classroom
leadership, where he developed a deep expertise in rapport building,
adaptability, and duty of care.
John believes that high performance in business parallels high
performance in life. He applies principles of discipline, structured
planning and "progressive overload" the art of incremental
